By accessing this website and booking a treatment, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure your safety and clarify our responsibilities as a provider of medical aesthetic treatments.

1. Eligibility for Treatment
We only treat clients who meet all of the following criteria:

• Are aged 22 years or older

• Are not pregnant or breastfeeding

• Are not currently undergoing immunosuppressive treatments (e.g. chemotherapy)

• Do not have medical conditions or allergies that may make treatment unsafe (this will be determined at your consultation)

We reserve the right to refuse or postpone treatment at any stage if you are deemed clinically unsuitable.

2. Consultation and Medical Assessment
All clients are required to undergo a full medical and aesthetic assessment prior to any treatment. This will include:

• Discussion of your medical history

• Review of medications, allergies, and previous treatments

• Suitability assessment for your requested procedure

Providing accurate and complete information is your responsibility and essential to your safety.

3. Risks and Side Effects
All treatments carry risks. Some side effects may be mild and temporary, while others may be more serious or long-lasting. These may include but are not limited to:

• Bruising, swelling, redness, or tenderness

• Infection, scarring, allergic reactions

• Vascular compromise or skin necrosis (in rare cases)

• Anaphylaxis

You will receive a detailed explanation of the risks, potential complications, expected outcomes, and aftercare during your consultation. Treatment will only proceed after your informed consent has been obtained.

4. Treatment Outcomes
Results may vary depending on individual factors. While we strive to achieve the best outcomes, no results are guaranteed. Multiple sessions or maintenance treatments may be required.

5. Cancellations and Refunds
Appointments can be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.

Due to the personalised nature of aesthetic treatments, refunds are not offered once a treatment has been administered.

All client information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and UK data protection regulations. Your confidentiality is respected at all times.
